Sophia had her Christmas dance recital in December. They danced to "A Few of My Favorite Things." She did very well, and was such a beautiful ballerina. And Samuel was fascinated to watch!

Christmas
We had a wonderful Christmas! It is so sweet to see Christmas through the eyes of children.
We decorated our tree together.
We made cut-out sugar cookies. The kids had a great time helping.
We did our traditional tree cones on Christmas Eve.
And we got to see Santa at Sophia's preschool program!
Plus, it was so adorable to hear Sophia repeat the Nativity story. "And the shepherds were Sore Afraid." She loved pretending to be an angel and shouting, "BEHOLD!!"

November ... A Short Story
November was not much fun. We were all sick most of the month, except Tim, who was gone so much with work and tithing settlement. He caught it later in December. So, we didn't do a whole lot.
