Sophia often asks to "hold" Samuel. This time she also asked me to take a picture.

He should have been Dopey from Snow White for Halloween.

He can army crawl EVERYWHERE (except on slippery wood floors) and he's so close to real crawling.

They both had allergy tests. Sophia tested positive for peanut and cashew. Samuel was negative.

First bites of cereal! He LOVES to eat solid food!

We had a very simple New Year celebration. We made cookies on New Year's Eve.

Samuel LOVES to "fly."

Then we watched the end of the Rose Parade on New Year's Day. Sophia was particularly excited to see the "big bands" on the TV.

Christmas

We had a fantastic Christmas! We decorated our tree.

Each of the children got to put on their "first Christmas" ornaments.

We went to parties. Sophia was the "camelo" in the Christmas pageant at Grammy and Papa's.

Hanging out with Grandpa.

We made Christmas trees instead of gingerbread houses. Sophia mostly ate the decorations.

And we got lots of great presents!

It was a very Merry Christmas!
