We finally pulled out the water table and had a "Happy Swimsuit Day!" (Sophia's invention.) Both of the kids LOVE it!

I love Samuel's face here!

We also had our monthly family dinner at a park, and Sophia had so much fun playing with her cousin Janeyi.

In other news, Samuel is walking now, though he still does a lot of crawling too. We're looking forward to his first birthday in just a few weeks. And we're excited for the all the fun we'll be having this summer!

Zoo

We went with Grammy and Papa to the zoo last month. Everyone had a lot of fun! Sophia especially loved riding on the electric cart, and Samuel was thrilled to sit in the front of the double stroller for a change.

They both loved the carousel.

We can't wait to go back!

Easter!

We had a great Easter! We had egg hunts, baskets, family and friends.

Samuel did NOT like the grass.

And we got some cute new clothes.

Nothing to report ...

I try to update this blog once a month or so. Unfortunately I don't really have much to write about this month. We haven't done anything exciting or new lately. The children continue to grow. Samuel can stand up on his own and he's started to cruise a little too. Sophia gets more imaginative every day. They are both very smart, and I love to just watch their little minds work.

So, sorry there's nothing exciting to tell you, but I'll leave you with some happy pictures anyway.

Lately ...

Life has been going on as usual. Samuel is getting so big! He is getting into everything! He crawls everywhere and tries to pull himself up. He's not quite there yet, but he does stand with help.

Sophia has given up napping, which has been a little crazy. She's growing up so much! I love to listen to her create sentences. And she loves to play with stickers. It's adorable to watch her concentrate.

It's a great life!
